Meet Dr. David DeGrave
I am a graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry, and have been a lifelong member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and Brown-Door-Kewaunee Dental Association. I have served on the Peer Review Committee and have volunteered at the NWTC Dental Clinic for the underserved for over 25 years. I have been involved with three Mission of Mercy programs volunteering my services. Giving back to the community has brought a lot of satisfaction to me as I witnessed the difference mercy, compassion and service has brought to the smiles of those in need.
My supportive and loving wife (Irene) and I have been married for 33 years. We have three adult children; two of whom were adopted from Colombia and have two granddaughters. My youngest daughter is currently attending Marquette University Dental School and will graduate in 2020. I sing in the Church Choir as a Tenor at the Cathedral and have enjoyed singing since I was a youngster. When my son was younger; I was involved with Cub Scouts as a Den Leader and Pack Leader at McAuliffe School. Additionally, I have been involved with the Optimist Club, Knights of Columbus and Jaycees where I served as Spiritual Development Coordinator for our Jaycee Organization. I also enjoy bicycling, swimming, hiking in State Parks and along beaches, playing the piano, reading, journaling, Scripture Study, photography, flower gardening and cooking.
I have devoted much time to improving my skills and services that we deliver; attending well over 40 hours annually in continuing education. I am dedicated and passionate about providing quality dental care in a friendly, clean and modern environment. I am blessed to have a team of well-trained, friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated professionals whose goal is to make sure you receive expert and responsive service.
Most of all, the many pleasant and meaningful relationships with patients over the years has meant as much to me as the humbling and honored experience of serving those who put their trust in me.
